A family-owned, craft bakery in the middle of the Stockholm archipelago is looking for several bakers for the summer season 2025.

The bakery is also a restaurant, deli-shop, boutique and café. The breads and buns are made in the old barn by the sea and fresh local products are used. 

The products are also delivered to several islands around the archipelago and there is a bread-boat, pizza nights, live music, and themed evenings most of the time.

Description :

Your tasks

• Make the dough (sourdough is mostly used)
• Weigh the ingredients in the correct way
• Bake the different types of breads (7 in total) in the oven
• Roll buns

Profil recherché :

Your qualifications

• Degree of baker or equivalent by experience 
• Little to no experience needed: fresh graduates are welcome
